Eligible purchases can be redeemed for Your DMC Rewards at www.yourdmcrewards.com within three months of invoice date.

Reward accounts must be within three months of invoice date for rewards to be validated.

Purchases made before the 1st of each new month will be processed and available rewards credited and available to spend by 23rd day of that month.

DMC Rewards will only be awarded to resellers with active Your DMC Reward accounts linked to a DMC account number. Visit www.yourdmcrewards.com to register your account or to update your profile to ensure a vaild DMC account number is stored.
1. How to Participate
1.1 To take part in the promotion, resellers must purchase one of the eligible devices or planitgreen laser toners.
1.2. All planitgreen purchases must be made between 1st March 2013 and 28th February 2014.
1.3. Participants will be rewarded with a " Your DMC Reward" for each eligible planitgreen laser toner or purchase that has been invoiced on your account.
2. Your DMC rewards
2.1. Your DMC Rewards or "Reseller rewards" have the following values: £1 for each reseller reward.
2.2. Reseller rewards registered by the 1st of each month will be credited by the 23rd day of the month. Resellers will receive an e-mail each month, provided rewards have been earned for that month, inviting them to log-on to their account on-line to see the number of rewards credited in that month.
3. Redemption
3.1. To redeem your reseller rewards, you must complete the rewards registration form and have logged in to your account at www.yourdmcrewards.com, within three months of invoice date.
3.2. If opting for retail vouchers, a minimum redemption of reseller rewards must be made (£50).
3.3. Credit towards purchases of hardware from DMC distribution has a minimum redemption value of £50 and can only be claimed using rewards from for eligible purchases of planitgreen laser toners.
3.4. A request to redeem your reseller rewards must be submitted to DMC no later than 23:59 on 31st March 2014
3.5. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.
4. Disclaimers
4.1. DMC plc shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting DMC's liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of DMC's employees or agents.
4.2. DMC Plc shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure being an event(s) which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.
4.3. DMC reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time and change the conditions without incurring any liability whatsoever.
